Ahoy Scotland

We arrive 1 hour late to a cold wet Scotland day. (Just like home) pick up the rental car and programme the gps for our hotel. End up at a dead end but luckily a helpful local pointed us to our destination a couple of k down the road. We check in, drop off our bags and straight into the bar for a whiskey.. Well Mel had a voddy ( does she think we are in Russia? We head down to the town centre for a look and to purchase a wine and sit in our room catching up on the news.

Tea was interesting of course we had to have the haggis and man was it good. This was followed by a beautiful smoked haddock and Brussels sprouts and turnips. Jet lag is kicking in. Night.
