Barcelona

Slept a little late this morning. Off to train station with our packs on Our backs (have I mentioned how I regret my decision not to bring a bag with wheels, I have serious bag envy)

Fast train to Barcelona and what a beautiful countryside. The dirt in some areas reminded me of Australia's red soil. I only saw animals and people outside once the whole way very different to training in vietnam where everyone is outside sowing their paddy fields, mustv been siesta time.

the train reached a top speed of 298 kph and only took 2.5 hours.

A beautiful sunset greeted us as we came out of the underground at our hotel not far from the beach.

A vegetable paella for tea and we thinks it's going to be an early one. Btw I am winning the duty free baileys race. I refuse to carry my bottle any further!
