Off to London

Woke up this morning to a beautiful day so after a bacon buttie I was off driving into Edinburgh like a pro. Everything was going so well we thought we would pop back to the castle and the royal mile for a better look. Then it was time to take the car back to Avis where we made such a large payment I'm sure we must have a share in it. Off to the station we go on foot and after nearly losing Mel we made it onto the train. We were lucky enough to have a local couple near us who gave us lots of info alongside the way. We arrive at kings cross with nowhere to stay and to tired to look and walk into the first hotel we see £140 later we enter our room which could be confused with the closet oh well too tired to care. Not to tired to shoot out for tea and to take some night pics of the buses and lights. Had my first pint of kingfisher with a lovely Indian spread.
