Staghead hotel our home for the last 2 days.
Today we woke up to a rough day with high winds. We had to decide whether to drive up north to Inverness or stay here. Thank goodness we did as the weather has caused havoc all the way up. The firth road bridge was closed due to the wind. Today I was feeling a bit blah and missing home but perked up after a walk around our sleepy hollow of a town and then a mulled wine to warm us up. Brought a hat at the op shop today lol. They have a motorcycle shop and and about four hairdressers but no clothes shops. Oh well it kept my ears warm. saw my first squirrel today.
